The Creative Freedom Foundation has just released The Copywrong Song to challenge the proposed section 92A of the Copyright Act, which provides that ISPs must have a policy in place to termainate internet connection of internet users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

This provision raises questions about the lack of due process, and, as Russell Brown points out in his excellent Hard News post on the subject, it stipulates a penalty that no court would impose in adjudicating a copyright complaint even if infringement were proven.
